What's this web site about?

This site is a companion to Mouse Map: The Ultimate Walt Disney World Map Guide and the EZ Fun Guide to Walt Disney World. That's the map guide and travel book that I've written to help those of us who hate giant travel books plan our Disney World vacations. The videos are designed to help you get the most out of your copy of Mouse Map and the EZ Fun Guide.

Do I need to sign up for a membership?

To view the video guides -- Nope. If you order anything, an account will be created automatically for you. You will receive an email with login details. Return to the site and login (there's a picture of the login form). Then you can access the ebooks that you purchase through the account information page. If you order printed books that are shipped to you, you can sign on to check the status of your order.

How do I sign up for a membership without buying something?

Look on the right side of your browser window for a box titled "User Login" (there's a picture of the login form). Click the link "Create new account." Enter your preferred username (caps and spaces are allowed) and your email address. Your password will be emailed to you. Open the email message and click the link there. You're done!

How do I order?

You can order from this page, where you'll find descriptions of our two books with various delivery options. Click on the delivery method you prefer -- download, USPS media mail or FedEx Ground -- and the item will be added to your shopping cart. Then just fill out the order form, and follow the instructions on the page.

How are payments processed? And are payments secure?

We use PayPal to process all of our payments, and yep, it's very secure! After you review your shipping cart, you will automatically be taken to the PayPal site where you can pay using your PayPal account or with any credit card -- MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. When your payment is complete, CLICK THE LINK TO RETURN TO THIS WEB SITE! You'll be able to check your order and download files if you ordered an ebook.

How will I recognize this order on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will say PAYPAL ASEMEDIA or PAYPAL EZFUNGUIDE.

What if something happens and I don't come back to this web site immediately after ordering?

You'll get an email message with information about your order. The email also contains a link to login to your membership account.

My payment for a downloadable ebook was processed, but I can't access the file. What's going on?

We updated the automatic download program in March, and much to my chagrin (and frustration) there were a few glitches. The system seems to be working now, so if you don't get your download link by email or can't find the links for your account, please let me know right away. Contact me here! 

How do I save the ebook to my computer?

Hold your mouse of the link and press the right button on your mouse. If you use Internet Explorer (that's the Microsoft program), select "Save Target As." If you use Firefox (which is my recommendation), select "Save Link As." To make it easy to find the file, select My Desktop and click SAVE. The file should be visible on your computer desktop.

Okay, I've got the file saved. Now how do I read it?

First, make sure that you have the Adobe Reader program. It's already on almost everyone's computer. In case it's not, download the Reader program from Adobe. Follow the instructions for installing. Now all you have to do is double click the file icon on your desktop.

I ordered a spiral book. When will I receive it?

All spiral book orders are shipped by the end of the next business day. If you selected regular shipping via USPS Media Mail, your book should arrive in three to seven business days. (Yep, the post office is a bit slow.) If you selected fast shipping by FedEx Ground, your book will arrive on the third business day after we ship it.

What's your favorite Disney World treat?

That's an easy one.... My favorite Disney World treat is a Mickey deluxe ice cream bar! Yummy.... Wait, maybe it's the Dole Whip from Aloha Island at the Magic Kingdom... hmm, that's a tough question actually!
